Hey guys!

I thought I would take the liberty of explaining what we do at the Careers Service so you all know the different options and opportunities available to you as students!

Firstly, my name is Jamie Lee (although Jay is fine!) and I work as one of the Student Representatives at the Cardiff University Careers Service which advertise and promote various events which take place across the university from a vast array of different companies. Here you can find out relevant information including internships and work placements during the summer break.

I cover the Queens Buildings (Maths, Physics, Astronomy, Computer Science, Engineering) so if you see me around, do not hesitate to ask me about any questions or queries you may have.

Furthermore, if you seek advice and assistance about what you would like to do over the summer/after university, then pop down to the Careers Service and make an appointment with one of our careers advisors. :)
